11 May 2007, London: Equitable Gourmet™ is pleased to announce that our products will be available at the brand new Whole Foods Market store opening in London on 6 June at the former Barkers department store in High Street Kensington. While a familiar sight in the US, the Whole Foods Market store will be the first for the company in the UK, and will be the largest shop of its kind in the country.
2 April 2007, Beirut: The Lebanese paper The Daily Star writes that Equitable Gourmet™ producer Olive Trade has won two prizes in an olive-oil competition at Beirut’s 14th annual Horeca hospitality and foodservice trade show. In a taste test of competing small- to medium-sized extra virgin olive oil producers, their "Zejd" took first place in best commercial brand and best label.
